Adjustments- Shamar Speaks

Dreamers,

I would have to say between the two I can’t figure out which one can be more trying Transition or Adjustments.

Being in transition is a crazy place for many reasons.

  1. You are not where you were
  2. You’re not where you’re going
  3. You’re some where stuck in translation

Having to Adjust is a crazy place for many reasons

  1. Being introduced to something or somewhere completely different
  2. Change
  3. What you consider to be “normal” is no longer there

 

In the midst of all that I have realized the best things in my life have come from uncomfortable situations. In the moment it’s easy to be discouraged and feel like shit is over. Than all of a sudden all that hard work, tears, and frustration you put into it has helped changed someone else life or perspective on a situation.

 

I say this all the time. I’m not a saint nor do I strive to be, but I can tell you something about faith, persistence, and fear. It’s not where you are it’s where you’re going. It’s not who you are it’s who you want to be.

My Thoughts, Your Interpretation


Dear Dreamer, Your journey starts when and where ever you want it to be.

For a couple of years my only concern has been “making it” I don’t even know what that means anymore considering the fact that the people highest up have the lowest self esteems.

So i ask myself what is it I really want?

Happiness? That’s over rated everyone wants that. Not everyone is in-tune with themselves though. Not everyone is knowledgeable to know that the only barriers you have are the ones we create in our mind. I’m not saying shit won’t ever happen to you and life will be grand, NO! What I’m saying is all of the things you imagine for yourself you can have. Everything in life that you know of has been created by a “thought”. Think about “Electricity” the “Computer” you’re on, cars, EVERYTHING!! Why can’t the next biggest invention come from yourself? How do you think the team that invented the airplane felt during their pitch. It was probably something like this “We want to fly a hunk of metal through the sky at about 30,000 feet in the air and put people on it”.

 

Yeah, imagine how convinced everyone was at first thought about this. Not enthusiastic at all! The moral of the story is if you are  living behind your fears you are not LIVING! ! I have nothing against the person who wants to clock in to someone
else’s “idea” (job) and make that persons dreams come true. I however have a vision for myself and just happen to think it’s not impossible.
